When your FIS Virtual Technician informs you that they wish to remote control your machine in order to efficiently diagnose your technical issue, they will have you come to this site and you will need to follow the instructions below.
**This system is designed to work when a technician gives you a one-time session key. In order to receive support, you can enter a ticket at the employee support site or call 800-448-8625.
1. Enter the session key in the session key dialog box and hit enter (or submit)
2. The system will prompt you and ask if you want to start a support session with the name of the technician who gave you the session key
3. Hit yes and the system will begin the download of a Bomgar client
4. Choose run (or save if your browser does not allow you to choose run)
5. Once the system successfully installs the client, your FIS Virtual Technician will accept your request and begin the remote control session
6. Once the support session is complete, you can either close the remote session by clicking the red X on the Bomgar client or the technician will end the session which will remove the client from your PC
